Beijing Agricultural College is a city-level agricultural university with distinctive characteristics and multi-disciplinary integration. According to the needs of the development of the school's cause, in accordance with the spirit and requirements of the "Implementation Measures for the Public Recruitment of Staff in Beijing Public Institutions" (Jingrenshezhu Jifa [2010] No. 102) document, we are now recruiting staff members in the establishment.

I. Basic conditions for recruitment

(1) abide by the Constitution and laws;

(2) love education and have good moral character;

(3) Physical and mental health, with physical conditions adapted to the requirements of the post;

(4) possessing the professional knowledge and skills required for recruitment positions;

(5) Possesses the corresponding qualifications and conditions for employment as stipulated in the recruitment positions;

(6) Comply with the requirements of the avoidance system for public recruitment of staff in public institutions;

(7) The range of applicants is fresh graduates, postdoctoral staff, returnees studying abroad, and incumbents in Beijing's household registration society.

1. Fresh graduates: must be fresh graduates listed in the national unified admissions plan, and have the qualification for employment dispatch in 2020. Fresh graduates of non-Beijing students must also meet the Beijing Settlement Policy requirements.

2. Postdoctoral staff: must be full-time post-doctoral doctors, and meet the national postdoctoral management committee's requirements for entry into Beijing. At the same time, they must be able to go out of the station and register for employment by the end of 2020.

3. Returnees studying abroad: Non-Beijing returnees must meet the conditions for employment and settlement in Beijing by the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education, and have not completed the dispatch procedures at the Overseas Study Service Center after returning to China.

4. Beijing Hukou society incumbent: must have a permanent residence in Beijing and personnel files in Beijing.

(8) Age requirements: Except for special requirements, fresh graduates must be under 27 years of age (born after January 1, 1993), fresh doctoral graduates must not be over 35 (born after January 1, 1985), and others The personnel shall not exceed 35 years of age (born after January 1, 1985).

Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Application

1. Candidates visit the online recruitment system of Beijing Agricultural College (http: // hr.bua.edu.cn/zhaopin.jsp), register online and fill in the registration information as required. The information provided must be true, complete and accurate, and each person is limited to one position.

2. The deadline for application is March 2, 2020.

(2) Review of application qualifications

The school's personnel office will work with the job establishment unit to conduct preliminary examination of the applicant's online registration materials based on job requirements, the applicant's professional direction, research level, social practice experience or work experience. The initial audit is qualified, and the applicant is notified by phone to provide paper materials for on-site audit. Pass the examination and notify the examination.

(Three) examination

Full-time teacher position

The full-time teacher post examination includes three aspects: interview, teaching ability test, and academic ability inspection. The job-setting unit will organize interviews for qualified applicants, and according to the interview situation, determine candidates for trial speaking and answering based on a ratio of not more than 1:10. Finally, according to the overall assessment results from high to low, recommend candidates to the school at a ratio of 1: 2.

2. Experimental technical positions

The laboratory technical post examination includes three aspects: written examination, experimental operation skills examination and interview. The post organization shall organize a written test for candidates who meet the application requirements, and the written test scores are satisfactory (60 points and above). According to the written test ranking, candidates are determined for the experimental operation skills test and interview. Finally, according to the overall assessment results from high to low, recommend candidates to the school at a ratio of 1: 2.

3. Management positions

The management post examination includes written examination and interview. The written test is uniformly organized by the school. Candidates who meet the application requirements participate in the written test uniformly organized by the school. The written test scores are satisfactory (60 points and above). Interview. 4. Calculation of test results

The full-time teacher post exam results consist of three parts: interview, trial lecture, and defense scores, which respectively account for 30%, 40%, and 30% of the total score; the experimental technical post exam results consist of written test, experimental operation skill test, and interview result. They account for 30%, 40%, and 30% of the total score, respectively; the management test score consists of a written test and an interview score, each accounting for 50% of the total score. The exam does not specify a reference book, and the test scores are calculated based on 100 points, and 60 points and above are qualified.

The examination time, place and specific requirements will be notified by the establishment by phone, text message or email. The school will not issue a separate announcement. During the examination process, the school's discipline inspection, personnel and other related functional departments participated in the entire process.

(4) Confirmation of the personnel to be employed

The Personnel Department reviews the recommended candidates proposed by the post-setting unit, and after the review is passed, it is reported to the school's work leading group meeting for comprehensive evaluation, and the candidates are determined by vote.

(V) Publicity and Physical Examination

The public will be publicized on the school's external network for 7 working days. Arrange for the planned medical examination of the personnel to be employed at the Beijing Agricultural College School Hospital. The medical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the General Standards for Medical Examination for Civil Servant (Trial) (Ministry of Human and Social Affairs [2016] No. 140 document).

(6) Approval and employment

The personnel to be hired are qualified for medical examination, and there is no objection to the public announcement. They shall be reported to the principal's office meeting for approval, and the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures and reported to the competent department for record.

4. Employment benefits

After the employment, sign the “Beijing Public Institution Employment Contract” with the school and implement the corresponding treatment in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state, Beijing and the school.

V. Relevant Information

(1) According to the "Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institution Staff in Beijing" and the "Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Violations of Public Institutions", applicants should truthfully fill in personal information, and any fraud or fraud in the application process violates public recruitment discipline. , Will cancel the examination or employment qualifications according to the circumstances of the situation, once the hired personnel have been verified, the employment contract is terminated, and will be cleared, and the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant himself.
